Dave Demchuk (DMin)
Dave Demchuk has served as the President of Summit since 2006. Prior to coming to Summit, he served in pastoral ministry for 25 years. His areas of research and teaching include Pauline Studies and Church Leadership. He served on the BC Yukon District leadership for an 8-year term, and currently serves on the Educational Standard Committee of the PAOC and the Theological Revitalization Committee, which is working on a refresh of the denomination's Statement of Essential Truths.
Dr. Demchuk has contributed articles to several publications and for a number of years authored a weekly online devotional for church and business leaders entitled "Thought for the Week". He is a well-regarded communicator, both in the classroom and local church setting.
