Mick Nelson (DMin)
Mick Nelson is currently the Director of Discipleship at Broadway Church, a multicampus church in Vancouver. He has pastored churches in Calgary, Ottawa, and Victoria. In the field of academics, Dr. Nelson served a 7-year term as the College Academic Dean at Master’s College & Seminary where he continues to teach Pastoral Theology online as an adjunct professor. He has been a visiting lecturer at Summit since 2013.
As a credential holder with the PAOC, Dr. Nelson has served at the District level in several capacities, including contributing to District publications. Dr. Nelson is married to Christine and has three adult children and two grandsons. His diverse interests include sailing, good music, good coffee, and good books.
